I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science and have earned professional certifications and training in life coaching, yoga therapy, art healing, and dance and movement. This unique combination of education and training enables me to offer a holistic and well-rounded approach to personal growth and healing. Having faced many personal challenges, I’ve learned to turn life’s difficulties into opportunities for growth. During a particularly tough period, I immersed myself in studying eastern and western philosophy, human psychology, ancient books, yoga, and meditation. These practices helped me overcome issues like low blood pressure, migraines, fears, and stress, leading me to discover my true self. This journey of self-discovery inspired me to become a life coach, so I could help others achieve peace, happiness, and personal transformation.
As a life coach, my mission is to guide individuals through life's challenges, help them build meaningful relationships with themselves, and foster a deeper sense of fulfillment and peace. I am deeply passionate about empowering others to unlock their true potential, cultivate self-awareness, and create lives that are filled with purpose and balance.

Yoga Training
Yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) became my lifeline during one of the most challenging periods of my life. Through this personal journey, I faced many obstacles that, in the end, ignited profound growth and transformation. As I worked through emotional and physical hardships, I began to experience a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and inner peace. This powerful transformation inspired me to pursue formal yoga training, with the intention of sharing the healing power of yoga with others. My mission is to guide those navigating their own challenges, helping them cultivate strength, peace, and clarity, just as yoga did for me.
Through my training, I have gained the tools to not only deepen my own practice but to guide others on their paths toward healing and self-discovery. Yoga is much more than a physical practice—it's a powerful tool for cultivating mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual growth. It is my passion to help others embrace yoga as a way to heal, reconnect, and transform their lives, no matter where they are on their journey.
Training in Art
Art has been a part of my life from a very young age. Over the years, I made the decision to formally pursue it, continuing my learning in the United States, from various artists, each shaping my perspective and technique. One of my greatest inspirations is the concept of healing through art, especially through the use of collage and paintings. These mediums offer a unique way to express emotions, stories, and experiences, making them deeply transformative in the creative process.
What draws me most to college is its intuitive nature— It mirrors the human experience: layered, imperfect, and full of unexpected connections. Painting, on the other hand, asks for presence and patience. There’s a rhythm to the brushstroke, a dialogue between the conscious mind and the unconscious world within, when it happens, It becomes a safe space to process grief, joy, longing, and transformation—without the need for words.
Through exhibitions, workshops, and personal sharing, I’ve come to realize that creativity is a universal language of healing available to us all.
Training in Dance and Movement
As a trained dance instructor, dance teacher was my first job, and it has shaped my career in ways I never imagined. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various styles and techniques within the art of dance. Today, I use this rich experience to offer personalized dance sessions for my clients, tailored to their fitness goals. My focus is not only on enhancing physical strength and flexibility but also on fostering a deeper connection with dance partners. Through dance, I aim to create an environment where fitness and partnership blend seamlessly, allowing clients to build both physical and emotional connections.
