My own journey with yoga began through personal experience. After experiencing the impact of stress-related health challenges, including migraines, high blood pressure, emotional overwhelm, and chronic stress, I began exploring yoga as a path toward greater well-being. The benefits I experienced inspired me to pursue formal training and become a certified yoga teacher so I could share these practices with others.
